As a contracts manager for a facilities company we try to offer a full service with our own staff but obviously some things are outside our scope & roofing is one of them. In all honesty I’ve never had a problem finding decent roofers in the sense that they could do the job, however doing it when they were supposed to was often another problem. Fraden have solved that for me, they are very reliable & on the odd occasion that weather has resulted in a delay on another site, leading to a “knock on affect”, they have always been quick to communicate with me, meaning my client is kept in the loop. Add to that their good quality work & the knowledge they have which they apply to their quotes, it all adds up to a top service.
